What is included in the AI plan?
AI includes the capabilities that differentiate Clever Clerk from basic correspondence filing: AI-powered mapping, auto-tagging, AI project chat, project knowledge Q&A, summaries, and intelligence across historical correspondence.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. AI (Our Keys) includes a 30-day free trial with full access to AI project chat, mapping, and search. Free, Basic, and AI · BYOK aren't trialed separately — Free is free forever, and BYOK uses the same AI features you'll have already tried.
What is BYOK?
BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. Clever Clerk uses your own AI infrastructure and credentials for AI capabilities instead of Clever Clerk-managed AI infrastructure.
Can we use our own Microsoft 365 Azure App?
Yes — on Basic, AI, and AI · BYOK, at no charge. Your IT admin can register and connect your own Azure/Entra app from Settings at any time, self-serve. You own the application registration while Clever Clerk continues to run in Clever Clerk Cloud. This isn't available on Free.
Does using our own Azure App mean Clever Clerk is hosted in our Azure?
No. It only changes Microsoft 365 authentication. Customer-cloud hosting is part of Enterprise.
Can we use our own AI and our own Azure App together?
Yes. The AI · BYOK plan can be combined with your own Azure app, both at no extra cost.
What's the $2,000 one-time setup fee for?
It applies only to Enterprise, covering deployment into your own cloud environment. Self-serve plans don't carry this fee, including if you connect your own Azure app.
What's the difference between BYOK and Enterprise?
BYOK changes who provides the AI infrastructure while Clever Clerk stays in Clever Clerk Cloud. Enterprise moves the whole deployment into your own cloud, using your own infrastructure throughout.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is shown as a lower per-month equivalent: Basic $10, AI $25, and AI · BYOK $18 per user/month.
Is Enterprise pricing public?
No. Enterprise is available through a Contact Us conversation and priced based on deployment scope and enterprise requirements.
